* He is a licensed real estate broker, a licensed real estate appraiser, a licensed real estate consultant, an Attorney-at-Law and a Notary Public.
* He is also teaching real estate management in iACADEMY, Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila, Philippine Christian University and Adamson University.
